The "Paper Plane" (14x50x30) hanging kinetic art sculpture by Bruce Gray is a swirl grinded aluminum "folded paper plane." They are available at $1000. Larger sizes may be commissioned.
I know this isn't a mobile, but since it hangs like one it is included it in the "Mobiles and Stabiles" section. (weight 5 pounds) Smaller desktop versions are available in aluminum or stainless steel. More details on the small paper planes here.
