Cape Sarichef view of Mt. Shishaldin active Volcano

This is a photo of Unimak Island facing East to mainland Alaska. The tallest far peak just left of the center is the active volcano Mt. Shishaldin. This was seen smoking almost daily, and occasionally with large amounts of smoke. I read recently that this volcano has seen a lot of increased activity and even eruptions in the past few years.
